I've had an incredibly positive experience dealing with the team at Morrow's Plumbing TWICE this season - once for a leaking check valve (froze over the winter) and then again for a busted (by tree roots) sump pump ejector line. Both service calls were to a water-access only seasonal cottage. I was able to easily coordinate with Laurie (office) to provide photos of the issue (helping with diagnostics and ensuring the team was prepared to complete the repair on the initial service call) and to schedule a convenient time for the repair to be completed, (she even asked if I wanted to try and schedule an emergency service), but as I was driving up, we scheduled a few days out. The tech team (Joe & Jess) were professional, skilled & well prepared - they called ahead and were already on-site when I arrived. They arrived with all the gear and materials required to "get the job done" and completed the repairs swiftly and with a healthy dose of friendly advice on how to avoid similar issues in the future.
