I started accupuncture a few weeks ago for a very painful frozen shoulder. J.P. has been wonderful and I feel more relief already than I did with months of physio. Plus he gives great advice on how to help cope with the pain The clinic is very well located right downtown Ottawa on Slater St, it is very clean and professional. Don't hesitate to give it a try!!
