I had the best massage yesterday at 1Spa4U on Bank Street in Ottawa. Sofie was so attentive and had the perfect touch. I can't wait for my husband and I to go back in two weeks! Thanks Sofie!

Very good prices, for what they offer. Cheapest I've had, for a one hour massage. I forgot the therapist name I had, but she was very good. Except when she went onto my spine twice, which hurt. Other then that, she's very good for what she does. Probably the best deep tissue I've ever had. The owner, is also very friendly, they're all friendly there.

I went in this morning for a deep tissue massage for the first time. Amy was amazing and I am feeling much better. Thank you so much for the great service ! I will definetly be back soon.

Parking during the evening Monday to Friday Street parking is free after 5:30 The City of Ottawa parking lot Flat Rate is $2.00 from 6pm -6am . Giving you lots of time for a walk around , dinner and then come in for your foot massage. Reservation are always helpful, however we happily accept walk-ins.
