Went for the first time & I’ll be returning. Went for a full set acrylic service. The staff were polite and informative. They were honest about their inability to do certain designs I wanted and made recommendations. They were patient when I was making my set choice.The only thing I would recommend is for them to be more upfront about pricing, especially if someone’s set will go beyond the standard price. Regarding any additional charges inform the client before proceeding to ensure they are aware, versus telling them at cash out. It would be helpful toward one making decisions about the design they want to do.

I have been to LaVie for acrylics and pedicures and I will not go to another salon. Amita is fabulous and I will always go to her for my pedicures they turn out amazing every time. Van does my acrylics and every time they are amazing! She is so careful when it comes to using the drill and makes sure to not cut my (which I’ve had issues at other salons and ended up with bleeding fingers) I will ALWAY go to Van !

I have tried a lot of nail salons in Ottawa and can easily say this is the best one yet. The staff is so nice and non judgemental, but also their work is impeccable! They are the only place in Ottawa so far that gave me a proper, not rushed, pedicure. Also the place is super relaxing. I recommend!
