True to his word, Ben arrived the same day, and stated the damage should never have occurred. Four days later the driveway was repaired with stronger materials and a promise that this time it would last! His crew were polite, hardworking, and the workmanship looks super! “Jacob (the owner), his wife and his staff are super friendly and helpful.We moved into a new house, Jacob came by to look at the layout, did an entire interior design for us with various choices of couch, beds, etc.It's worth the wait (Italian furniture takes a long time to get here), and the quality is top notch - lasts forever.We had issues with our glass coffee table (a manufacturing defect) and Jacob replaced it until it was just right - without complains.That, is customer service at top-end furniture store.“
