“UPDATED: after a short wait and diligent follow ups, we finally have a resolution. Ali was quick to get responses, provide updates and move things along to an appropriate resolution. It would appear we hit a string of bad luck/bad timing with our outreach efforts, and I appreciate the efforts afterwards to make things right and address our concerns in a timely fashion. One bad apple can ruin the bunch, but we will be giving them another shot.Absolutely disgusted with the service we received after purchasing what was supposed to be a high quality chair from la-z-boy of Ottawa.Chair clearly was slapped together as quickly as possible with an obvious list (lean) to one side, leather work is shoddy at best without even attempting to make it look good or even, and the mechanism it’s clunky, loud and loose. When we tried to get them to do anything about it they sent a service technician to our home who was standoffish, arrogant and quite frankly rude. In spite of pictures proving that the chair has obviously got defects, we’re still in limbo.It’s been two weeks and we’re still waiting to hear back, so please just save your hard earned money and purchase a chair from Costco where you can at least get your money back when the quality doesn’t measure up to the price. Clearly they don’t appreciate people choosing to spend their money here, so learn from our mistake and save yourself the heartache and hassle.“
