Just to provide some background to our specific circumstance, my mom and I are two ladies who initially were intimidated to navigate the world of 'house repairs' on our own. Similarly to going to the mechanic from the lens of a woman, there was a sense of worry about potential mark ups and a fear of lack of transparency. This was certainly not the case with Mike and his team! Mike walked us through the stages and scope of repair, he provided detailed invoices and responded to all our concerns. We had a leak in the upstairs ensuite which impacted our kitchen and basement. Mike and his team removed existing mold, fixed our plumbing issues and subflooring which was also damaged. They also renovated our entire kitchen and helped to install new appliances. It was like a one stop shop! We are certainly pleased with the final product!
