We were convinced that we would need to buy a new unit, but thanks to Matt we didn't. “These guys are great. They did a terrific job of cleaning our dryer duct and explained why it gave off a bad smell (because of all the lint trapped in the wells of the corrugated vent pipe. They were friendly and helpful and gave some useful advice. We will use them for all future cleanings.“
