“I hired Distinctive Bathrooms & Kitchens to renovate 2 bathrooms in my condo. I am extremely happy with my finished bathrooms because of the following:
1) completed renovations on both bathrooms in 2.5 weeks instead of 5 weeks
2) completed renovations on both bathrooms on budget – as discussed and signed before the renovation started. Only over budget by approximately $50.
3) Yannis, the plumber-Francis, electrician and Dan-the tile guy, were always on time and worked hard. Very professional during the renovation and cleaned up after each day. Their workmanship is very detailed oriented and great.
4) Sara Akra – the designer suggested good ideas and materials for the new bathrooms.
5) Sheilagh – the project manager – extremely organized and always told me the schedule for the next day.
Cons
1) I had to find and paid for parking for the workers. I live in a Condo and my condo does not have visitor parking for the workers to use. Parking is expensive downtown.
2) Bathroom renovation is expensive. Thankfully DBK's price is comparable to other bathroom companies.
I LOVE my bathrooms and would recommend DBK to everyone. I will definitely hire DBK to do other projects. Next year, will be project - closets. BIG THANKS - DBK!“
