“I contacted the team to install a folding squat rack in my garage. Jeff was quick to reply, provide a quote and answer any questions. He wasn’t even remotely concerned with instructions that were poorly translated and missing vital installation information. He assured me “he has seen worse and had it covered.”4 team members showed up early and even asked if I had a second copy of the instructions so they could be more efficient. The team was polite, professional and the whole job took less than 90 minutes. One teamMember even offered to give me a demonstration of how it folds to make sure I was comfortable and happy with it. The team saved me hours for the installation as well the headaches that can come along with it. The price was more than reasonable for the professionalism and customer service I received.I would not hesitate to use The Assembly Experts or recommend them to a friend.Update - I emailed Jeff on Saturday as I noticed there was a slight issue with the installation. He apologized that he couldn’t come over right away and by Monday morning he had everything fixed up. This level of service is such a rarity that I wanted to update my review. “First company I called came late. Then told me to reschedule because I had a baby gate and it could take hours to remove. He was also using a portable unit. Second company I called told me they would call me back. They never did. Ercans was easily the easiest company to deal with. They have great equipment, they were professional, and tidy. I’d pay double what they charged me with no hesitation. I can’t see why I’d use anyone els.“

“After the severe rainfall the city received back in August, I discovered that my 40 year-old window wells had filled up and overflowed into my basement. I read reviews online and contacted 3 foundation repair companies. I'm still waiting for a callback from the first and the second only communicated by email, providing a very expensive price per window well. When I contacted Bol-Dan, I had a visit from Christian the next day. He took detailed measurements and notes and explained exactly what the repairs would entail before doing a thorough walk around the property to identify other potential foundation problems. I received a quote in writing the next day with fair prices and a 20 year warranty. Gaetan's crew completed the repairs only 5 weeks later and were very careful not to tear up my lawn or damage equipment/utility lines in the area. They also promised to return in the spring to add extra stone or earth to any areas that might settle. I was very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.“

“Reid has been looking after my furnace for years. They installed my new furnace about 7 years ago. It's off warranty now, so I do the annual plan and it gives me great peace of mind. I've had a couple of mechanical failures and they were right over and fixed the problems. Over the years, all of the staff have been great to deal with. From the person who answers the phone to the technicians that work on the furnace.They have a fantastic new system this year. Just before the technician arrives for a scheduled service call, they send a text to telling me the technician will arrive shortly, reminding me of any things I need to do, and showing me a picture of the technician. So when the doorbell rings and I look out, I'm not wondering if this stranger is the guy who is supposed to be there. I know it's the guy who is going to make sure we stay warm this winter.“
