From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and any hesitation I had disappeared as soon as my artist, Sinead, escorted me to her studio. This was my first time seeing her work after our virtual consultation, and when I saw the design, it felt like she had pulled exactly what I was envisioning straight from my mind and onto paper. Sinead was open to make changes (which was not necessary), took her time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
