“What an amazing place! We called day of to see if it would be possible to take 3 walk ins and Val kindly and quickly made accommodations for all three of us over the phone. Upon arrival, the shop is clean, the environment is very welcoming, and the check in/ consultation process is very organized and efficient. As for the artist, Jeff was extremely kind and patient. He paid attention to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable before we even began. There was never a moment of discomfort or judgement during the whole experience.
