Slava was great to work with, always responsive, and great with solutions, staying on budget, and listening to us. We bought a house, and decided to do water proofing and have them re-pour the concrete floor. This meant the basement had to be gutted. I didn't expect it to be so hard to find someone to rebuild only what we wanted to do. Everyone was only interested in doing everything as a package which included a bunch of stuff I didn't want.
