My grandfather has a piece of land by the north of Richmond Hill just off Bathurst street and Mehran and his team at ICI have made it an amazing experience for us designing and building our dream home. From the start he took care of everything from permits, to architectural design, and laying the foundations for the building. The team at ICI is extremely detail oriented and professional. Everyone there has a background in engineering or architecture and they're very methodological and coordinated in their work.
