Been dealing with these guys for a long time and never disappointed. They take care of service and warranty right there in the store, they are knowledgeable and helpful. I am on my second vacuum from here, last one (central vac) lasted me years beyond warranty. (replaced the beater bar once a couple years ago). Just picked up my second central vac as my old one finally died. Hooked right into my system, works perfectly with my beater bar and pipes. Highly recommend.

Purchased my central vacuum from Vacworks in Newmarket. Jim the owner and his wife are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jim came (on his only day off as I needed the vacuum installed before my housewarming party) to install and he did a fantastic job. His workmanship is outstanding. Vacworks offers vacuum repairing and selling services, carrying high quality vacuum products. I myself looked for repairing service, brought in a Japan made broken vacuum there. At Vacworks Jim, the experienced and knowledgeable technician/ boss, not only let me use the repair work station, also showed me how the sparks of motor happened with clear explanation of what went wrong with our vacuum. Thanks for his patient and teaching. Both Jim and Collen there are friendly and very helpful Excellent customer services.
