My dishwasher had a slow but steady leak. I called Sergei based on his strong online reviews and now add myself to his list of happy customers. Sergei was prompt in responding to my call/texts, was pleasant to deal with, was very tidy and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Spoke to these guys on the weekend and they were attentive, responded quickly and clear about when they could come. Sergei came with super attentive and didn't just go after the obvious. He took a good solid look at the entire appliance, found a number of deficiencies some of which could be corrected easily and some requiring a part. This guy was awesome, reasonable, fast, polite and friendly. I recommend him to anybody. Especially in a world where we have organizations building service companies that are not localized, and found it on commission based technician services designed to get as much money out of the client as possible.
