Just a few bad apples? ???Three stars: One excellent manager and two hyper-egotistical Apple employees.Unfortunately, oftentimes the typical "Apple Ego" — (joining one's personality with the brand and defending it until the end) gets in the way of Apple associates' ability to sympathize with returning customers' issues, and support them as a result.Telling the customer that it's their own fault for buying a product and wearing it out — or calling the customer dishonest (for misremembering a purchase date) is no way to treat a potential client. Always busy and you need to stay in the line for long time even when you have appointment, but in helping you to make a decision and if you need help with your device, they are always available to help you, most of the time I ask them for helping me with phone call, If it’s not necessary to go to the store.

Upper Canada Mall is one of the only malls left that is almost perfect in that it is like the malls that used to be in Buffalo and around Toronto. Unfortunately it is in Newmarket and since I live in Richmond Hill it's not too far but any of my friends living further down, it's too far to drive. Apple store is great except they seem to be changng their rules and when I called the store to make an appointment, they redirected me to the US. I was not too pleased.
