Jeannie was extremely helpful and persistent in tracking down an item for me, the item in question being the Logitech Superlight 2. She was also very knowledgeable when I asked her for mousepad recommendations and she set me up with the Razer Atlas, a glass pad that wasn't even on my radar. Couldn't be happier.Thanks Jeannie!

I love this store, the staff is always friendly, they seem like they are a family in there. Everytime I go in, I always get helped right away, and the staff seem to know exactly what they are talking about. Like they eat and breath tech! Also, I had an issue with something I bought, and i was able to return it without any issues. Ryan the manager or store manager, I'm not sure, was super helpful and nice. I could go to the bestbuy in Aurora, because it's closer, but this one is actually a nice place to shop. I feel like a VIP when I shop at this store.

Great customer service at the Geek Squad desk. I wish I knew the name of the rep I dealt with. He helped me figure out what was wrong with my computer and I was able to go home and fix the problem I was having. If I need assistance again, I would not hesitate to go to this location for some advice. Thank you!
