We have worked with many HVAC companies and have found that Brian and his team at Francis are one of the most professional, thorough, polite and punctual HVAC companies that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Their knowledge and skills always leave us and the clients we work with impressed, this is especially true for equipment on low slope/flat roof systems. The team at Francis were prompt and offered a free visit to get a second opinion on replacing our furnace. Chris addressed all my concerns and made great suggestions that were very helpful. The installers did a fantastic job, high attention to detail and quality workmanship...they're real pros.
