The ambience is very relaxing, Stephanie is a thorough professional who’s very effective and does not rush through the massage at all. She noticed that I was tired and gave me a few add on’s (like hot stone massage) for free. Amazing staff. Highly recommend!“

“I'm writing this review after being a client of By the Lake for several years. I have receive the very best treatment for all my ailments since being a client. Erin, however has offered me personalized care for injuries that no other health professional has offered. There's many things I would recommend but for this post I do want to point out how significant cupping is for scar tissue. Looking at my knee today 4 out of 5 scars have disappeared after sessions. I don't care about the look of the scars but I do care about the pain and annoyance that comes from scar tissue. Hopefully someone reads this and gets the relief that I have experienced!“
