I went for an hour massage with Hanna at the Robert speck location in Mississauga. This is my second massage with Hanna. Prior to my massage I had severe heel pain and left shoulder pain. Hanna worked her magic and I left feeling significantly better. The environment is clean, warm and comfortable. Check in is smooth, free parking and on time with appointments. They do direct billing to my insurance. Already booked my next visit. Location is nice, located on the second floor. Unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Visited Kaizen-Parkway multiple times, and each experience with Yuriv, my favorite masseur, has been exceptional. The skilled hands and soothing ambiance make it my go-to spot for relaxation. Highly recommended!

This was my first time with Kaizen near square one. Just wanted to say thank you to my RMT Chen for the amazing and relaxing massage today. My shoulder and lower back feels less tense and pain after the massage! Would definitely recommend Chen to everyone I know! I did a hot stone massage. It was very nice experience especially in winter days. Thank you Kaizen group and RMT Chen
