Always a great calming, relaxing experience. The entrance staff is always so friendly and welcoming.Froi is so knowledgeable and always does an amazing job. I feel so relaxed and less tense every time. Highly recommend him!

I have been visiting this location for many years. Recently I suffered a couple of injuries. I was lucky enough to have Ash covering a shift when I walked in. He has been giving me therapeutic massages on a regular basis to get me back on my feet. I was in pain for many months prior to coming in for help and in a couple of months I felt better than I have in years. Ash knew exactly what I needed to make a full recovery. Ash and the rest of the staff here are all professional and very good at what they do!!

I was thoroughly impressed by the massage I received from Froilan. It was so good I actually didn't want it to end! That's saying a lot since I usually get a little antsy by the end of a session. The space is beautiful and clean, the music is relaxing and everyone working there are very nice. I had been going to a "higher end" spa in Oakville for 11 years but I am now a Hand & Stone convert.
