“My whole family has, and continues to use the services at Modern Movement. The staff do an amazing job at helping with healing and recovery for all types and severity of issues. My children have been treated for injuries relating to both dance and hockey, and my partner and I have accessed a variety of services to treat athletic and non-athletic injuries and discomfort. As a family, we've had a great experience with massage therapy, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and acupuncture (thank you Heather, Patrick, Nick, Jason, Jennifer, and Vincent). The staff work together to ensure that both children and adults are treated carefully and kindly. If there is transition in care from one specialist to another, information is conveyed so that treatment and healing can continue to progress. “Beyond thankful for Proremedy and my physiotherapist, Arpan Hundal. Firstly, the environment is very clean and calming. I came in with a chronic shoulder pain, where I was nearly in tears unable to move properly. Arpan was very empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly, where she was able to treat my pain confidently. She knew exactly what to do for treatment and it helped stop the swelling within a few sessions! Arpan also engages in great conversations, where the sessions feel more relaxed. Highly recommend!“

“I have been seeing Dr. Potter for treatment of a strained lower back. I was concerned about this problem since I will be taking a long plane trip in the next few days. He has worked on my back for four treatments, explaining what the problem is and what I need to do to help myself. Today was my last appointment before leaving. He told me to email the clinic if I have problems while away and he will give my advice on what to do.I have never gone to another chiropractor before Dr. Potter so I can’t compare him to other practitioners but I can say I feel very confident with him treating me. He is always cheerful and relaxed and very approachable when I have questions.Both branches of Club Physio Plus are very professional and welcoming and I don’t hesitate to recommend any of their services that I have used to my friends.“

Jaipaul Dhaliwal was assigned to me and to say I have been well served and taken care of over the past few weeks. Jaipaul has a wonderful personal side and we clicked from the first appointment! He explained his process in detail and also took great care to ensure my knee would improve quickly through exercises, massages and bike therapy.
