Physio are super careful, kind and knowledgable! I felt very comfortable in their hands after my accident and was excited about going to my appointments because I genuinely felt SO much better after each one. I would really recommend their services to anyone!

I have visited this location on multiple occasions over the years prior to writing this. The level of service over the years has depleted to the point where I've had enough. I went for a massage today and after undressing lay there on the table for almost 5 minutes before my massage therapist came in. She began warming up my muscles over the sheet which is the standard thing to start with but she continued to massage me with the sheet still pulled over my back. When I said something about it she said 'oh the receptionist never told me you wanted an oil massage' WHAT!?! So she finally put the oil on my back began rubbing it in and then proceeded to roll around my back with a glass bottle... Also you pay for a 30 minute massage and only get 15. So please avoid this place.

My experience at this health care centre over the past two years has been very positive. It is easy to get an appointment with my specialist, even last minute. The facilities are beautiful. Usually I don't need to wait for long as the clinic is quite punctual.
