I trust the team here now when I'm in my thirties as much as I did when I was a teenager. Rachel has never let me down, and her and Nikki together give me hair styles and colours that just win at life. My hair is now better at life than I am. And I always have such a blast and I'm so comfortable when I'm there, which is actually maybe the most important thing.
