“Natalie is a real gem! She is so welcoming and friendly. Truly an amazing experience. She came high recommended but after a terrible experience at an Oakville salon, I was doubtful that she would be able to fix what they had done. I was very very wrong. She walked me through what we would need to do, mad sure I was comfortable, and the final product was more than ever could have expected.
