He is very patient and works with us at our pace. Also, pushes back if we are slacking lol. “I am just past week 4 of my 3 month personal training program -Honestly this was one of the best decisions I’ve made jumping on the personal trainer world! Just came in from a trail run (which I haven’t done in awhile!) and it felt incredible!! Ran over 6km through the trails of all terrains - and my energy at the end was still top notch!I didn’t think strength training would transfer much to the trails - but clearly it does!!!And still able to nasal breathe the whoooolle time!Thankful for trainers on site - Rob and Jay - who come over before sunrise to make me sweat! Can’t wait to see where it all leads in the months ahead! Pumped!!“

The coaches are incredible…every single one that I’ve worked with has been so kind, helpful, and never lets you give up! The workouts are challenging and I leave the gym feeling amazing.
