Clearly this was a job for the pros so I started calling around computer repair and IT shops, with one being worse than the other. One wanted $285/hr with a minimum of 5 hours... over the phone, without really knowing issue!! My search stopped immediately when I called Miltown. Ray and Jon were a bright light in a scary industry. I told them that I was a one-man shop yet they both treated me like I was the only customer on the planet. My first call was on Sat, 30 min before closing. Jon took the call and took time to learn about my issue. He immediately reached out to Ray - the owner - who had left for the day, yet I was on a call with him 15 min later. He too took time to learn about my headaches. I came in Monday where Ray connected me with a Dino, walk-on-water Microsoft expert, and over the phone my problem disappeared in a jiffy. While I was at Miltown getting my problem looked at, I couldn't help but notice happy customers coming in and out of the place. I can assure you that these customers were not being gouged $285/hr. Miltown will be my go-to IT and repair resource going forward-easy call! I guess the saying is true: you have to kiss a bunch of frogs before you get a prince.“
