Decent, but prices are all over the place, and when they try to put you animal down. Push back. I took my cat there once, and I felt like I was negotiating my cats life. Everytine I said no I'll take her home, the price went down some. It was weird.
This team worked with my vet and I to get my dog the medication she needed to treat her for something potentially life threatening. I called to many other vet clinics and they did not want to work with my vet to help us. This means so much to our family, thank you for caring so much about animals Hamilton road animal hospital!
So far I've had nothing but a good experience here. I've taken my bunny and now my dog. My last vet (oxford) wouldn't let me go in with him. I'm pretty sure this caused him to be extra anxious and hate going to the vet. I'm glad that I'm able to comfort him in a strange environment. Everyone is nice and friendly. I also had no issues with getting ny SOAP notes for my dog's insurance. Keep up the good work guys and don't change a thing!
