I went here on a Saturday to get my puppies nails done. Unfortunately, my dog was too upset, and stressed ,they could not do it, so they refunded my cash and suggested I come back on a slower day when there is less people there. While I was there, one of the staff was very helpful with his knowledge on my dogs pulling while she walked. He suggested a certain harness, and not only did he try it on her, but he also got the matching color for her leash and also told us to go a size up, insted of getting one smaller and then in 2 months having to get another one. This petsmart has the nicest staff, you can tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Took my puppy here to get a grooming and realized I booked online for the wrong location but they were still able to take him in. Our puppy always loves visiting this location
