They have done work for us on three separate occasions over almost 20 years involving: front yard design and implementation for garden and interlock; rear and side fencing plus side interlock; design and implementation of new rear deck which also involved replacement of old retaining wall plus revised fencing. “After the severe rainfall the city received back in August, I discovered that my 40 year-old window wells had filled up and overflowed into my basement. I read reviews online and contacted 3 foundation repair companies. I'm still waiting for a callback from the first and the second only communicated by email, providing a very expensive price per window well. When I contacted Bol-Dan, I had a visit from Christian the next day. He took detailed measurements and notes and explained exactly what the repairs would entail before doing a thorough walk around the property to identify other potential foundation problems. I received a quote in writing the next day with fair prices and a 20 year warranty. Gaetan's crew completed the repairs only 5 weeks later and were very careful not to tear up my lawn or damage equipment/utility lines in the area. They also promised to return in the spring to add extra stone or earth to any areas that might settle. I was very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.“

“Super happy with our main bathroom renovation completed by Marc of All Trades!! We gutted the original bathroom, made it larger by moving a wall, and relocated the vanity plumbing to the opposite side of the room. Marc and his team did a great job, on schedule and within budget. Working with Marc was easy, he kept us informed on the construction process and any delays, offered good options for any adjustments needed, and always did his best to accommodate any new requests I had along the way. “Two excellent men came out to do the roof repair. They took pictures of the issues and they explained what they did to fix them. They had washers on the roofing screws to give repairs extra longevity. They were fast too and got a lot done in an hour and a half. They were prompt and very polite. I was impressed. I will use them again when needed. I really like honest hard working people in the service business.“

“I’m a little late to give a review, as we had our ensuite bathroom renovated in the last months of 2023, but we are still in the honeymoon stage of enjoying our new space. This was our first house reno, as our house is only 20+ yrs old, and Manotick K&B inc. met every expectation, and took into account all of our concerns. Bailey started the process with us and answered all our questions. He was easy to contact throughout the reno and checked in often. Deborah, their designer was very knowledgeable, while also willing to listen to our wishes. I think she sensed that I can sometimes be a risk taker, and took me down a path I wasn’t expecting. I now have an accent wall that is fully tiled with a unique flower design, and I love it. It’s the first thing I look at when I walk in, and I also see it behind me when I’m looking in the mirror. Alex, the one who laid the tile, was meticulous in lining up the flower pattern perfectly and took great care in his craftsmanship. He and Paul both took great care in their jobs and workmanship, and my husband and I both appreciated it greatly.“
