I had a great therapeutic massage with Jason today! I'd made some notes about special health circumstances and he was on it from the set-up when I arrived to the questions he asked prior to treatment. I left feeling relaxed and so much looser, both aiding in my recovery from surgery. Combine all of this with a great facility and direct billing and it's a no-brainer; I've already rebooked!

I had the pleasure of meeting Isha after my Lower Back Pain. After a few workouts, my back hurt less and my muscles got stronger. Isha is very attentive to my needs. She offers a full range of assessment and Rehabilitation exercises.I highly recommend her and the whole UMANA team.
