I had multiple visits to this physiotherapy sports injury and Wellness clinic. The repetitive work related issues from standing on my feet all day included the planter fasciitis, the Achilles tendon, the calves and lower back soreness. Everyone that works there was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I had physiotherapy treatments with Natalia who performed in a high quality professional manner. They also helped me with some custom orthotics by making a mold of your foot. The orthotics made a major difference when it comes to being on your feet all day. I’ve had issues with my knees, hips, and ankles for my entire youth. Alison helped me gain mobility I didn’t even know was possible for me to have. My range, motion, and mobility improved by an incredible amount. Walking used to be painful, but after my physiotherapy sessions I noticed a massive positive difference. I can do stuff in the gym I’ve never been able to do before. I will be back if I need further physio, full 5 stars.

I have been in this physiotherapy twice for three years, for two different reasons, and both times I was warmly welcomed and treated like a VIP. Everyone was nice, careful and attentive to my problems. They provided me with excellent service for fast and stable recovery. Alison and Brijya gave me exercises which I practice everyday, even after recovery.It is a special place. Here you receive help and understanding, like home.I am grateful to all staff of the physiotherapy for their work.
