I needed to order parts for my discontinued Tiffany eyeglasses. After trying everywhere including EBAY for several months I called Tiffany's in NYC and they called me back and suggested I call Illuminata. They have parts for several different brand name eyewear and I was able to fix my glasses! The communication was excellent and I'm happy to have my glasses fixed!
