I was in search of glasses, I browsed 8 retailers and I decided on BonLook for my purchase. I found the store to have the best variety of different styles of frames, instead of an endless supply of the same styles just different brands as I encountered elsewhere. I LOVED the organization of the store, wide frames together so it was easier find styles that would fit me. Why isn’t this the standard, not the exception! I was at Bonlook at Sherway Gardens and the staff was very helpful. Rose provided excellent customer service and very informative. If you need glasses do checkout this location, they are wonderful
I’ve had the best customer service at this location, the employees and management are all so kind and friendly.I even had some issues with my benefits and they were willing to work with me on it, Aliea and Aleni have been great!Always worth making the trip to BonLook at Sherway!
