“We recently had a Generac whole home generator installed by Toronto Muskoka Generators in Toronto. Everything went pretty smooth. Workers all did their jobs efficiently and especially the electrician Miesha, "man what a worker and smart guy he is," as was Dave and his bearded partner and Corey that did the gas components, Darsh Miesha's apprentice/technician, the 3 fellows that did the trench digging and back-filling it... Anthony, Erin and Kyle, Steve the owner of Toronto Muskoka Generators, and of course Michelle the office contact person that does everything and more behind the scenes arranging permits, paper work, payments, dates etc etc. Thanks to you all. We are now powered up and ready for any power failure.<br>I have to say that this company exceeded my expectations, and each trade person was properly trained on installing Generac generators, had many years experience doing so as did the company itself as Steve the owner has been installing generators for 22 years. It was a pleasure watching true professionals at work never missing a beat. No reason imo to look any further or go anywhere else for a company to buy from and have a Generac generator installed as they cover not only the Toronto area but a vast area in Ontario throughout the Muskoka's and beyond.<br>A job very well done and I have no hesitation recommending Toronto/Muskoka Generators. “Amazing Service Technician!<br>Arthur was the technician dispatched by Promasters to assess the problem with my office refrigerator.<br>He called to ask if he could arrive earlier than planned, which was perfect. He worked confidently and efficiently, quickly identifying the issue with my 2 year old LG "piece of crap" refrigerator, and trying to fix it.<br>Eventually, he showed me the part that couldn't be repaired; it needed to be replaced.<br>The replacement part, labour and tax would have been $ 400 and covered for 3 months under Promaster's warranty<br>As the part was on back order at LG (of course), Artur suggested I check pricing on a new fridge before having him order the part.<br>He charged me $90 for the service call.<br>I highly recommend Promaster Appliance Repair.<br>Charlie Stuckey“

“Our Cove dishwasher broke down on a FRIDAY evening. That evening I submitted a service request on Kampen's website. On MONDAY I received a text early around 8am to discuss my service issue. The agent said a serviceperson was on the road and would be able to come the same day but couldn't guarantee the time. I gladly accepted this offer; by 1130 am it was fixed and working.
