An absolute pleasure to work with Sam who was the visiting technician. Ensured all information provided was correct and arranged to visit next day to service the whirlpool stacked washer. Was prompt, very polite and helpful, answering all queries. He repaired the machine and left. Sent the invoice requested.Would certainly recommend the services of Sam and Honest appliances and will continue to uses Sam for any future requirements.Thank you Sam for a job performed to excellency.

Sam came to fix our fridge water dispenser recently and the whole experience was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and communication was great. Would definitely recommend and will use his services again if needed.
