The administrative staff was exceptional with customer service over the phone and answering all of my questions and concerns (we even needed to reschedule at one point and it was promptly accomodated). Our Max had a warm and welcoming intake meeting upon entering and informative calls before, during and after l the surgery, which went very well. I initially worried about neutering my puppy and I have seen and heard horror stories about this procedure - but I always felt very comfortable with this clinic and the team certainly had the right experience and answered all of my questions and addressed concerns professionally. Max's recovery is great and he seemed like his happy self upon pickup after his procedure; healing exceptionally well.
