“I had a leak and it wasn’t easy to tell where it was coming from. Chris Smith came out and dealt with the rigid foam insulation in my garage to access the issue as I wanted to be 100% sure of exactly where the leak was coming from. The rigid insulation is a pain but he carefully removed it to clearly show where the leak was. This was important to me. He found the source of the leak and took the time to show me where it was coming from, why it was happening and the steps he was taking to fix it. Super personable guy. Clearly knows his stuff. And cleaned up all the foam insulation that had to get cut out…you’d never know he was there. Would highly recommend this company and this plumber to anyone!!!!!“

I recently got a bidet from japan, and because they have different standards for plumbing all the sizes were different than domestic fittings. After going to both home hardware and home depot (after 5, so one stop was closed), they both suggested i go to one stop plumbing. Went there today, and the lady working the store found the fittings I needed in about 5 minutes and explained everything as she was looking. I was also expecting the parts to come out to significantly more than what they did. All in all a good experience, and great customer service.“
