I had an ongoing issue with a lawn tractor, not purchased at martins. I had it in at another dealer twice, same result. Martin's was able to diagnose and repair. These guys are top shelf.
My name is Gord and I bought used Cub Cadet wood chipper/shredder off of Facebook Market place. I decided it would be good find a manual for it. serial# and model number were totally illegible on the machine, but it had a sticker from Martin's Small Engines in Elora & phn.#. Called and spoke with a very pleasant woman. I believe was Rachel. She was nice enough to put me through to Rick. This man knows his stuff. He was able to tell me year and model number from me describing the machine. Was able to get everything else in a download. Thank you for your assistance. I will definitely deal with these people again.
Very nice and friendly staff that is well knowledgeable about the products they sell and vehicles.Take my pickup trucks there for the past 16 years to get fixed and serviced. Always a pleasure ?
