I had an amazing experience with Local Masonry. Damon, Devon, Landon and Liam were very professional, nice, efficient, masters in their field. They were meticulous when removing concrete steps that cracked, and new concrete steps were installed in the walkway. We own a late 80s home, and the exterior chimney was cracking and showing its age. Inside the home we were experiencing water penetration into the fireplace area, and we were concerned that if left unaddressed, it would just get worse and possibly damage our new gas fireplace.
Local Masonry Ltd. quickly assessed the problem due to deteriorating bricks and recommended the re-bricking of several specific areas that were cracked and/or crumbling. In addition, to prevent future damage, they installed sill plates on either side of the main stack to drain away rain/snow/moisture.
