I've been dealing with the people at Foot Foundation for years, and have had a positive experience every time. The products I've purchased (CSA approved work shoes) have been very robust, and stand up to the job; and I do not give my footwear an easy life!
Took in some boots for repair. They listed a couple of options and, when I told them the usual context in which i wear those boots, they recommended the less expensive option. The job was done quickly (~24 hours) and the boots look brand new and are holding up quite well!
