Elmira Medical Office has received positive feedback for its attentive doctors, especially a new doctor who listens carefully and provides detailed care, helping patients feel better both mentally and physically. Patients have expressed their satisfaction with Dr. Norris following the retirement of Dr. Jones, noting the helpfulness of the admin and nurses, particularly in urgent situations. The office does experience long hold times and busy phone lines, which can be frustrating, but the doctors, nurses, receptionists, and medical staff are all responsive and dedicated. The office is busy, and patients are advised to book appointments in advance. Some updates to the office, which are appreciated, have improved the overall experience and made the interior look gorgeous. There are hopes for another doctor to join the practice to help meet the high demands.
DOCTOR Scott!! I owe you my life!!! For many years I was suffering under a doctor in Richmond hill!!! He medicated me and I didn't even need it, just so the lawyer could win the case. I was lost for 8 years straight, confused and broken... not a smile or God to be found. You helped me get off of them and now I am doing the best I have ever done. I want to thank doctor scott. He saved my life from what a doctor in Richmond Hill was doing to me. They put me on 6 medications of random things to destroy me. I am exactly a year and a half off of those medications and I am doing the best I have ever done. I am headed to university to better my life and I finally have a life back. Be careful when you get in a car accident. Everyone just cares about the money, not the victim. Thank you doctor scott again! Brandon
