It’s a hidden gem in Elmira. Went there for my daughter’s haircut. Staff is very friendly and punctual. She took the time to understand what my girl wanted (it’s not easy!) and did a great cut. We absolutely loved it. So glad to have chosen this place. The prices are quite reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

Shyannes a great hair dresser, shes cut my hair like a dozen times now and they've all been great and a pleasant experience. Would reccomend her to anyone. Also it's super cheap

I have been going to Carousel for many years. I have had tons of compliments on my hair. Even when I moved to London, Ontario I still try to come "home" to have my hair done here. Wished I could find a hairdresser as good here but after 10 years have figured it is a lost cause. Great salon for young and old. You will not be sorry coming here. Friendly and excellent service!
