The technician that came was polite at the door told me the company name and his name and handed me their business card.He asked me if we have had this type of cleaning done before "steam". Explained that it's actually hot water extracting spraying a cleaner on the carpet & upholstery ahead of time then going over it with the machine. He showed me the dirty water at the end before dumping it down the toilet. Would HIGHLY recommend them .“

“I hired Projects Restoration to remove the paint from the foundation of my house. Donovan and crew did a super job, very thorough despite having to work around irrigation pipes, the gas meter, and an air conditioning unit. The crew was pleasant to deal with and took good care of my property. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the office told me that I would be informed up front by the crew if there would be an additional charge for paint removal in an additional area, but I only found out about the additional charge when I got the final invoice. It wasn't a lot, but not telling me at the time meant I didn't have the opportunity to decline that additional work if I had decided I couldn't afford it. Fortunately it was a small amount but it's a point for improvement. Aside from that I'm very pleased with the work and would recommend Projects Restoration.“
