Rocky did a great job and was very friendly. He knocked out 3 bedroom carpets in about 45min-hour with the sanitize option and one room getting the pet enzyme treatment. “I met Jay from Steam Kleen when we moved into our new house recently. We were very unhappy with the condition of the carpets as they were near black on the stairs and every room had big stains. Jay came the next day on time and surprised me with how quickly he was able to do the top floor, 3 bedrooms 2 sets of stairs and the entire basement. Not only are my carpets completely clean but also have no musky smell which tends to happen after they are cleaned. 10/10 would recommend. Punctual and great price!“

“I hired Projects Restoration to remove the paint from the foundation of my house. Donovan and crew did a super job, very thorough despite having to work around irrigation pipes, the gas meter, and an air conditioning unit. The crew was pleasant to deal with and took good care of my property. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the office told me that I would be informed up front by the crew if there would be an additional charge for paint removal in an additional area, but I only found out about the additional charge when I got the final invoice. It wasn't a lot, but not telling me at the time meant I didn't have the opportunity to decline that additional work if I had decided I couldn't afford it. Fortunately it was a small amount but it's a point for improvement. Aside from that I'm very pleased with the work and would recommend Projects Restoration.“
