Lowe’s Newmarket and the Seasonal Team went above and beyond the call to arrange for a special shipment of generators requested by those affected by power outages in Uxbridge. The generators were sold out everywhere and they arranged for a truck to deliver as many as were needed. The truckers and the Lowe’s staff stayed late on Sunday night after closing to ensure everyone who wanted a generator received one. The staff were courteous and helpful and not a peep of complaint for staying late. They even brought out a case of water for the folks waiting for their generators. Cheers to Lowe’s Newmarket for exceptional customer service!
