Parents have also been giving me amazing feedback as to what the kids shared about their experience. Jenny is such a lovely person and was so great with the girls especially the birthday girl. Check this out. I and my cousin had an hour foot massage after a long day walk. Reception was friendly and welcoming as well as performing staffs. In an hour, we not only got a foot massage but also got a back and neck massage. The team delivered a good service and we had such a great experience coming here. Price was also reasonable.

Use A Alert Dari annually to snake an outdoor drain out to the street , 100+ feet, due to roots. Always excellent service, they go above and beyond to ensure pipes are properly cleaned out. This year they did their annual maintenance and a couple days later I had a clogged internal pipe that caused a backup in our basement bathroom. Technnician attended immediately, spent a full hour diagnosing and locating the problem by scoping all pipes leading to street and those connecting basement washroom to back water valve. Finally located the problem, took the toilet off, snaked pipes inside, scoped to ensure full cleaning, replaced toilet, cleaned up immaculately. Office called a few hours later, no charge! Class act Company, they didn't have to waive fees that would have easily been $250+ for camera scope, snake and tech time. A Alert Drain took very good care of a long-term customer who will remain a long-term customer.

There were a couple of small items that needed to be cleaned up, and they handled it promptly. They sent people right away who showed up exactly when they said they would, which was a huge plus.

Started with a small job in our current home (1 room - basement office - laminate). We were so happy that we're using Riviera for a custom build where they'll be laying over 2500 square feet of hardwood. They are trustworthy and do what they say they will. We wanted new wooden siding on the house and a fence. We contacted Dmitry to discuss the project, and he gave us an estimate for the whole project. We set the start day and time. The construction team was knowledgeable. Additionally, Dmitry recommended to use larch for the siding and fence, which we went with. It came out extremely well and more interesting than any other sorts of lumber. If I had any concerns I contacted Dmitry about it directly and he always responded right away. He was on-site, or I could reach him on the phone with no issues. Great experience.
