I used the service in the Napanee, Ontario region to remove a wasps nest from an elderly family member's home. The technician, Peter, was very nice, but he didn't have his own ladder, I found that very odd. What if we hadn't had a ladder? I guess we're lucky we had one. The treatment worked, the wasps are gone now so they are effective!

I recently used Rentokil pest control service, and I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, customer care, and quality of service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer care representative was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were able to schedule a technician to come out to my home within a few days.The technician who came to my home was also very professional. He arrived on time. . He explained the entire process to me and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before he started.
