“Scheduled power outage on Sunday, and we were able to limp through to Monday morning. I called Houle's and described the issue...when the power came back on, my submersible deep well pump didn't. I thought it might be a relay problem..I had checked the circuit breaker at the main panel, and tried the pressure switches already. Over the phone the gentleman who answered described the issue as very likely a low pressure switch had failed to come back on, and told me how to reset it. (Use the little pressure switch lever and hold the pressure switch contacts for 30 seconds, and the water tank/gauge should indicate water flowing and pressure restored. It worked...we're able to flush toilets, and have drinking water and wash up water again. Thank you for solving my problem without any charge. Honest tradespeople do this sort of thing.“
