“After reading some reviews I was anxious about calling Publow’s, however, they had been recommended to me by reliable sources.I was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. We were unsure of the exact problem with our septic system when we called them. Earlier diagnosis from others said it was a defective float or pump, so we were prepared for the worst.we were thrilled when after 2hours they said it was a loose $1.00 connector.Thanks to Pat and a special thanks to Gary and Sebastian who spent 2 hours in 35 degree heat with their heads in our septic tank.“
